By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
455bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. This minimum age applies without exception to all users, regardless of jurisdiction. 455bet employs age verification procedures during the registration process and may request documentary evidence of age at any time. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen, and any winnings derived from wagers placed during that period will be voided.

Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 455bet Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 455bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, confiscate any bonus funds received, and withhold any winnings generated while the policy was in breach.

Individual Personal Use
The Platform is made available for personal entertainment use only. You must register and use the Platform in your own name and on your own behalf. You may not open an account on behalf of another person, operate the account as a business venture, or use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way.

Account Registration

Password and Login Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 455bet will never ask for your password via email or phone. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 455bet will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Conditions Applying to Withdrawals
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. 455bet does not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before processing a withdrawal, 455bet may require full KYC verification to be completed. Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be deducted from the withdrawal amount prior to processing. 455bet reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction.

Prohibited Deposit Sources
You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through legitimate means. Deposits sourced from criminal activity, third-party funding, or any form of financial fraud are strictly prohibited. 455bet reserves the right to freeze funds and report suspicious deposit activity to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Bonuses & Promotions
455bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer in addition to these general bonus terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
// 5.1 — WAGERING REQUIREMENTS
Rollover Conditions
All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, a standard wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount applies. Wagers placed on certain game types — including but not limited to crash games, live dealer baccarat, and certain jackpot slots — may be excluded from wagering requirement accumulation or count at a reduced rate, as specified in the individual offer terms.

Prohibited Bonus Conduct
455bet prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash while avoiding genuine risk; colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms; or claiming bonuses using payment details already associated with an existing account. Where bonus abuse is identified, 455bet reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account.
// 5.3 — BONUS EXPIRY
Time Limits on Bonus Funds
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant offer will be automatically removed from your account balance. Unless otherwise specified, the standard bonus validity period is thirty (30) days from the date of credit. Unused bonus funds do not carry cash value and cannot be refunded.

How Bets Are Accepted
A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account balance. 455bet reserves the right to decline or void any wager placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed after an event has already concluded. In-play wagers are accepted subject to real-time data feeds; where a data delay causes a wager to be accepted incorrectly, 455bet may void the wager and refund the stake.
// 6.2 — VOID BETS AND REFUNDS
When Bets May Be Voided
455bet reserves the right to void bets under the following circumstances: obvious pricing errors; match abandonment or postponement beyond 24 hours of the original scheduled start time; event cancellation; force majeure events; evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity; technical errors in odds calculation; or any other circumstance in which accepting the wager would be manifestly unfair to either party. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to your account balance in full.

Player Obligations

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 455bet Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities:

Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics
Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage

455bet employs real-time fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems. Suspicious activity is flagged automatically and reviewed by our compliance team. Accounts involved in fraudulent conduct will be permanently closed without prior notice.
// SECTION_08 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Intellectual Property
All content on the 455bet Platform — including but not limited to the 455bet brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 455bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 455bet. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

Service Availability
455bet does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical updates, third-party network failures, and force majeure events may result in periods of unavailability. 455bet will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.
// 9.2 — LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
Maximum Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 455bet's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 455bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

No Liability for Wagering Losses
455bet accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through participation in betting or casino games on the Platform. All gambling involves inherent risk. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you are aware of and accept that risk, and that losses sustained through wagering are not recoverable from 455bet under any circumstances.

Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 455bet Platform — including wager settlements, account management, payment processing, or bonus treatment — you should follow the procedure set out below.

How to Submit a Complaint
All complaints must be submitted in writing to the 455bet support team at [email protected]. Your complaint must include: your registered username; a clear description of the issue; the date and time the issue occurred; relevant transaction IDs or bet reference numbers; and any supporting evidence. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
// 10.2 — ESCALATION
Unresolved Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the 455bet support team, you may request that the matter be escalated to a senior compliance officer. All escalation requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of receiving the initial resolution. 455bet's decision following escalation review is final and binding on both parties, subject only to applicable law.

Account Termination
Either you or 455bet may terminate your account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting the 455bet support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, all pending wagers will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within seven (7) business days.

Termination for Cause
455bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where: the account holder is found to have breached these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is detected; the account holder is found to be under the age of 21; a court order or regulatory instruction requires closure; or continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users. In cases of termination for cause, 455bet reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation.

Privacy & Data Protection
455bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
455bet uses your personal data to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and provide you with relevant promotional communications (where you have opted in). We apply SSL encryption and industry-standard data security measures to protect your personal information at all times. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaint procedure in Section 10 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. 455bet makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than those in which it operates.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 455bet to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
